Elsternwick – Modern Edwardian Renovation

This window furnishings project by Nicholls Interiors transformed the rear of a traditional Edwardian home into a contemporary, light-filled living space.

To soften the large open plan area, we specified sheer curtains in 100% linen, puddled on the floor by 20mm for a subtle, elegant finish. The curtains are complemented by a custom timber pelmet, painted in the client’s choice of Dulux colour, discreetly concealing the curtain heads for a clean, streamlined look.

Fabric: Mokum ‘Laconia Air’ in silver provides a delicate, airy texture while maintaining a cohesive, modern aesthetic.
